HOW IT WORKS
Our process is designed to ensure your wedding photos are reproduced with the highest quality and care from start to finish.
1) Send Your Photo or Gallery
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a Google Drive link where you can upload your photos.
For best quality and color accuracy, please confirm below settings from your wedding photographer:
- 300 DPI
- Adobe RGB or sRGB
- 16-bit TIFF file
2) Digital Preview
A digital preview will be sent for your approval before we print and frame.
3) Approval
We'll only proceed with production once preview is approved.
4) Print & Frame
Our team will now bring your photo to life through professional printing and framing.
5) Packing
Your framed piece will then be securely packed ready for pickup.
6) Pickup
We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
LEAD TIMES & PICKUP
All framed prints are made to order. After your preview has been approved, please allow 2–4 weeks for production. A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before pickup.
Because our frames use real glass, we only allow pickups within Metro Manila to reduce the risk of damage during transit. We're actively exploring safe and reliable shipping solutions so we can offer nationwide delivery soon.
Once order is ready, we'll send notification and pickup instruction via email. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup, either personally or through a courier service such as Grab or Lalamove. Please note that delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
